EULA - End User License Agreement

By installing and running/using HistoryFX, you have already read and accepted the following policies and agreement crafted by Toothsoft for their product HistoryFX.

1. Commercials: You have to pay for HistoryFX as a one time fee.

2. Disclaimer: This software is distributed and licensed on an "as is" basis and no warranties or guarantees of any kind are promised by the manufacturer "Toothsoft" as to their performance, reliability or suitability to any given task. Toothsoft is not responsible or liable for any imperfection in all its functions, Data loss or damages of any kind, financial, physical, emotional losses which might arise from its use. Toothsoft will not guarantee the delivery of any information from HistoryFX.

3. Copyright: This software is copyrighted, and all rights are reserved for "Toothsoft". This software is protected by International Copy Law.

4. HistoryFX Trial Version: This software has limited functionality for 30 days. After 30-days a license must be purchased for service to continue.

5. Payments will not be refunded to the buyer at any cause, once the License/Subscription is granted.

6. Payment for HistoryFX is for usage and not ownership.

7. Use of the Software with a License/Subscription obtained from any source other than Toothsoft or its authorized resellers is strictly forbidden. Toothsoft reserves the right to take legal actions on the offenders of this issue.

8. Pirating this software is illegal & against the Law. Toothsoft is bound to take Legal action against the criminals or any users who are found to be pirating this software.

9. This software may NOT be sold or distributed by anyone other than Toothsoft & its distributors or by a 3rd party with written agreement with Toothsoft

10. Any reverse engineering, tampering, or alterting of this software and servers which HistoryFX connects to is a illegal.

11. Toothsoft is not affiliated with Raster Builders Inc or SciCan Inc in anyway.

12. Toothsoft is not affiliated with ImageFX in anyway.
